摘　　要：分析了中国联通现有的增值业务实时计费方案的问题。重点研究OCS的体系结构以及在新架构下增值业务的总部业务实时计费方案以及内容计费中流量费如何根据内容合理配额的方案。It discusses the problems on the online charging system plan of current value-added service of China Unicorn, emphasizes on OCS system architecture, the service online charging plan of the headquarter and the ways of counting quota according to the contents during the content charging.
