孔圣枕中丹对痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力的影响及其机制研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨孔圣枕中丹对痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力及对TChE、NGF的影响。方法:建立VD大鼠模型,中药干预后,Y-型迷宫及跳台计数仪定量测定学习记忆能力,分光光度法检测TChE含量,免疫组化法检测NGF的表达。结果:孔圣枕中丹能增强模型动物的学习记忆能力,降低TChE含量,增强NGF表达。结论:孔圣枕中丹能明显提高痴呆动物的学习记忆能力,其机制可能与降低TChE含量,增强NGF表达有关。Objective： to study the effects of kongsheng zhenzhong pills on learning and memory ability and expression of TChE and NGF on vascular dementia（VD） rat models. Methods： duplicating VD rat models, quantitating the learning and memory ability by using Y-maze and jumping stand, detecting contents of TChE through spectrophotornetry and expressions of NGF through immunohistochemieal method after treated by. Results： kongsheng zhenzhong pills can markedly enhance the ability of learning and memory, reduce the contents of TChE, raise the expression of NGF. Conclusions： kongsheng zhenzhong pills can significantly improve the ability of learning and memory of VD rats and it probably correla〉 ed with reducing the contents of TChE, raising the expression of NGF.
