摘　　要：提出了科技论文初审的内容评价法和技术规范评价法。编辑工作实践表明,采用这两种方法进行科技论文的初审后再送复审,审稿专家就不会受一些非学术枝节问题的干扰,有利于专家审稿时彻底地解决论文学术方面存在的问题,把好科技论文的学术质量关。This article presents two methods for preliminary evaluation of sci-tech papers by editors, that based on contents and that based on technical norms. Editing practice shows that sci-tech papers evaluated preliminarily with the two methods seldom bring reviewers non-academic troubles so that they may concentrate on academic aspects of the papers and pass an objective judgment.
