和谐校园背景下的大学生教育引导方法探析

摘　　要：在阐述和谐校园的基本内涵以及和谐校园背景下大学生教育引导工作重要性的基础上,结合实际从七个方面论述了高校大学生教育引导的方法;指出做好大学生的教育引导工作必须坚持以人为本、齐抓共管、加强心理教育、教育与管理相结合、发挥校园文化的育人功能、充分利用网络教育阵地和切实做好大学生就业工作的原则。The basic connotation of harmonious campus was elaborated, so did the importance of education and guidance for college students in the background of harmonious campus. Seven aspects were discussed for the method of education and guidance, which were people oriented, attention together and management together, strengthening the psychological education, combin/ng the education and management, bringing the cultivating function of campus culture into play, making good use of network education and doing employment work well for undergraduate.
