摘 要:目的研究青皮煎剂预防急性化学性肝损伤的作用。方法将大鼠随机分为4组,低剂量组和高剂量组分别灌喂0.4g.kg-1.d-1和0.8g.kg-1.d-1青皮煎剂,正常对照组和模型组灌喂等量蒸馏水,5d后以0.2g/kg四氯化碳(CCl4)造模,处死大鼠。检测大鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性和肝组织均浆中丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性,并观察肝细胞形态结构的变化。结果不同剂量的青皮煎剂均能降低血清AST、ALT活性,降低MDA含量,增加SOD活性,并能有效地减轻肝细胞的变性、坏死,呈现明显的量效依赖性。结论青皮煎剂具有预防化学性肝损伤的保护作用。Objective To study the preventing effects of Qingpi elixation(QE) on mice' s chemical liver injury. Methods Mice were randomly devided into 4 groups:the treated group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were given the QE(0. 4g·kg^-1·d^-1 and 0.8g·kg^-1·d^-1 respectively). The normal group and model group were given distilled water. After 5 days,mice were given CCl4 (2g/kg)and then killed. Measure the activity of ALT,AST and SOD, determine the content of MDA, and observe architectural change of hepatocyte. Results Qingpi elixation could significantly decrease the activity of ALT, AST of serum, degrade the content of MDA of hepatic tissues, in which the SOD activity were increased, hut degeneration and necrosis of hepatocytes were lighten effectively. There was a remarkable dose-effect relationship. Conclusion Qingpi elixation has the preventing effect on chemical liver injury in mice.
