摘  要:通过分子设计,合成了一种新型高效的保湿剂,N-羧丁酰基-O-羧甲基壳聚糖(CB-CMCS),其吸湿保湿效果优于透明质酸.重点研究了该保湿剂和透明质酸的吸湿保湿动力学特性,结果表明采用二级吸附动力学方程能够很好的描述两种保湿剂的吸湿行为,相关系数均达0.999以上,由此说明它们的吸湿过程主要受化学作用的控制.A new type of high efficiency moisturizer, N-carboxybutyryl-O-carboxymethyl ehitosan (CB-CMCS) was synthesized. Its chemical structure and degree of substitution were characterized by means of FTIR and ^1 H NMR. Its capabilities of moisture absorption and retention are better than that of hyaluronie acid. Kinetic analysis of absorption about these two moisturizers showed that,the second-order model of adsorption kinetic equation ean characterize the absorption process very well and the relation coefficients all are higher than 0. 999. It means the absorption processes of two moisturizers are both controlled by chemical effect.
