摘 要:采用回转抗渣法进行氧化锆砖、高纯刚玉砖、铬刚玉砖、86高铬砖和90高铬砖等不同材质耐火材料抗石油焦渣侵蚀能力的对比试验,并采用扫描电镜和X衍射等分析方法对侵蚀试验砖的显微结构进行了观察与分析,研究了不同材质耐火材料抗石油焦渣侵蚀能力的差异。结果显示:90高铬砖抗石油焦渣侵蚀能力最好,试验前后厚度几乎无变化;氧化锆砖最差,侵蚀厚度达14mm;不同材质耐火材料抗侵蚀性能优劣的顺序为:90铬砖>85铬砖>铬刚玉砖>刚玉砖>氧化锆砖。Rotary slag resistance method was used to make comparison tests of resistance to oil coke residue erosion of different fractories, such as zirconia brick, high purity corundum brick, chrome-corundum brick, 86 high chrome brick and 90 high chrome brick. In the test, SEM and Xdiffraction were used to observe and analyze the microscopic structure of erosion-tested bricks, and to study the different resistance to oil coke residue of different refractories. It is indicated by the result that 90 high chrome brick has best resistance to oil coke residue, with its thickness hardly changed before and after the test; while zirconia brick is the worst with its thickness eroded as deep as 14mm; and the sequence of erosion resistance of different refractories is: 90 chrome brick 〉 85 chrome brick 〉 chrome corundum brick 〉 corundum brick 〉 zirconia brick.
