摘　　要：分析了BOT投资模式在我国环保设施建设中的一些重要作用,指出该投资模式后天有待解决的几个问题,可以预料BOT投资方式必将为中国环保产业的发展壮大做出不可替代的贡献。Analysis the important role of BOT （Build-Operate-Transfer）investment mode in the building of China＇ s environmental protection facilities. Pointed out that such an investment pattern still exists several unresolved issues. It is expected BOT investment mode will make contributions to the development of China＇s environmental protection industry.
