摘　　要：结合某办公楼增层改造的实际工况,采用直接增层形式,利用新型、轻质建筑材料,分别采用不同的加固措施,并提出了房屋增层应注意的事项,经加固增层后,建筑物均未发现任何异常现象,取得了明显的社会效益。Talking reconstruction work for enlargement in floor number of one office building as example the direct way is adopted for storey addition. Utilizing new-type lightweight building materials different reinforcement measures are presented. Matters deserving attention in construction are pointed out. Through reinforing for enlargement in floor number, the building has no any unusual phenomenon. Practice receives good social benefits.
