摘　　要：指出在项目目标的控制中质量控制是极为重要的,具有重要的现实意义,介绍了质量监控的内容,采用主次因素排列法进行质量问题原因分析,并提出了质量监控的对策,以保证建筑工程质量。Quality control is important in objective control of project, which has practical significance. In the paper quality supervision contents are introduced. Reasons caused the quality problems are analyzed utilizing arrangement method of primary and secondary factors, at ,the same time corresponding countermeasures are proposed for quality control in order to ensure engineering quality.
