摘　　要：对当前计量支付中存在的问题进行了分析,以计量支付流程为核心,利用信息技术集成业主、监理和承包商三方,提出基于工程量清单的计量支付集成化管理模型,从而提高工程项目计量支付效率和工程管理效率。It is analyzed that the present exited problems in the measurement and payment. It is presented that the model of integrated management of t and payment based on bill of quantities,which is cored by the flow of measurement and payment, and is integrated the three sections including owner, supervision and contractor by using information technology. This model can improve the efficiency of measurement and payment in construction project management.
