摘 要:为了满足自动化钢铁生产的要求,根据红外探测原理研制了一种新型的扫描式热金属探测器。对研制过程中扫描转镜的设计、光电接收器的选取、信号处理电路的设计原理做出了详细的分析,并给出了集扫描与聚焦系统于一体的柱面扫描镜的扫描角计算公式,为扫描系统的设计提供了理论依据。研制出的热金属探测器的视场角可达2°×20°,仪器的发现概率大于0.95,虚报率小于10-6,抗干扰能力强,该仪器能够在恶劣的环境条件下正常工作。To meet the demand of the steel production automation, a novel hot-metal detector whose operating principle is based on infrared detection is developed. The selection of the optoelectronic detector and the design of the scanning mirror as well as the signal processing circuit are also analyzed in detail. The calculation formula for the scanning angle of the cylindrical mirror which has the function of scanning and focusing is also presented ; this formula offers the theoretical gist for the design of the scanning system. The testing results are as follow: the detecting angle amount to 2°×20°,the detection probability is better than 0.95 and the false alarm probability is less than 10^-6. The detector can work under the execrable surroundings.
