摘 要:采用田间试验方法,研究了莫比朗在柑桔和土壤中的消解动态和最终残留。样品用乙腈提取,过Envi-Florial固相小柱净化,液相色谱紫外检测器检测,外标法定量。残留动态试验结果表明,施药浓度为推荐剂量的两倍时(有效成分120g·hm-2),莫比朗在柑桔中的半衰期分别为7.00~8.90d,土壤中为4.00~6.38d。在有效成分为60g·hm-2的剂量下,施药3次,施药后第21d柑桔中莫比朗残留量低于0.10mg·kg-1。A field experiment was conducted to reveal the residue dynamics of acetamiprid in orange and soil .The residues of acetamiprid in orange and soil were determined by high performance liquid chromatography with UV detector, wavelength 248 nm and mobile phase acetonitrile/water (3/7,V/V). The method was accurate with the lowest detection limit, and could satisfy the requirement for rapid analysis of aeetamiprid in samples. The average initial deposits in orange and soil at application rate of 120 g ai·hm^-2 were 0.397~0.521 mg·kg^-1 and 0.549~0.562 mg·kg^-1, respectively, and then residues in orange and soil decreased gradually as time went on. The results showed that the half-lives of acetamiprid in orange and soil were 7.00~8.90 d and 4.00~6.38 d, respectively. When the orange was sprayed at 3 times successively at application rate of 120 g ai·hm^-2, at interval time of 21 d after the last application, the final residues of acetamiprid were lower than 0.285 mg·kg^-1 in orange and 0.216 mg·kg^-1 in soil, and at the rate of 60 g ai·hm^-2, the final residues of acetamiprid were lower than 0.081mg·kg^-1 in orange and 0.048 mg·kg^-1 in soil. When sprayed at 60 g ai·hm^2 on orange and soil two or three times, the final residues were below than 0.10 mg·kg^-1 after 21 d.
