摘  要:为确保钻井完井液能有效保护不同渗透性油层,在冀东油田重点开发区块高65和高76区块部署的第一批大斜度井中使用了超低渗透成膜封堵钻井液,并对该体系中加入黑色正电胶BPS进行了试验。应用结果表明,该体系配制及维护简单,性能稳定,流变性能易于调整,润滑防塌及井眼净化效果好,完井电测成功率为100%,三开平均井径扩大率为9.2%;其防漏堵漏效果好;对储层有良好的保护作用,平均渗透率恢复值为95.48%,已投产的3口井见到了明显的增产效果。超低渗透成膜封堵钻井液中加入BPS后,提高了体系的抑制性,降低了泥饼摩擦系数,可减少原油的加入量;由于BPS具有强正电性和油溶性,BPS的加入还提高了体系的油气层保护效果。Ultralow filtration rate filming drilling fluids were applied in deviated wells in Blocks 76 and 65 in Jidong oilfield, in an effort to improve the development of the reservoir. An MMH was added to the mud for testing its performance. Field tests showed that the maintenance of the mud was simple, and the rheology control was nothing the matter. Electric well logging jobs were 100% successful, and hole enlargement in the 3rd section was controlled at 9.2% or less. Reservoir permeability tests showed a 95.48% in permeability recovery. Three wells put into production showed increased oil production. The addition of BPS enhanced the shale inhibition of the mud, and reduced the friction coefficient of the mud cakes. BPS is positively charged and is oil soluble, making it a good permeability protection agent.
