摘 要:多数稠化剂产品性能比较单一,耐温性、耐剪切性以及缓速性等综合性能较差。由丙烯酰胺和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)通过反相乳液聚合研制出了阳离子型稠化剂GD-1。该剂是一种可用于高温油藏深部解堵的稠化剂产品。在60℃和90℃条件下热稳定性均大于80%,随着温度的升高,其黏度下降幅度明显小于同类产品PAM,浓度为1.5%的GD-1酸液体系,在90℃下表观黏度大于20mPa·s。对比实验表明,稠化剂GD-1与油田使用的阳离子型酸液添加剂有较好的配伍性,剪切稳定性好于同类产品,在高温下对岩屑的溶蚀率仅为常规土酸的1/3,并且缓速性能优良,有效作用时间长达12h,适用于高温砂岩地层的深部解堵。Most thickening agents now in use are uni-funtional, and have poor temperature stability, poor shear and retarding characteristics. A new cationic thickening agent GD-1, which is a thickening agent used for acid treatment in high temperature reservoir, is synthesized through inverse emulsion polymerization of acrylamide and Dimethyl Diallyl Ammonium Chloride (DMDAAC). The viscosity of GD-1, at 60 ℃ and 90 ℃, respectively, can be as high as greater than 80% of the original viscosity, while with temperature going up, the rate at which the viscosity of GD-1 is reduced, is lower than that of the similar products such as PAM. A 1.5%GD-1 acid fluid will have an apparent viscosity of greater than 20 mPa·s at 90 ℃. Experimental results showed that GD-1 can be used with the cationic acid in use. Compared with similar products, GD-1 has better shearing properties, and the solution rate to rock cuttings is only 1/3 of that of the conventional mud acid. GD-1 has excellent retarding characteristics, with an effective active time of 12 hours.
