摘 要:废水生物处理具有运行成本低、无二次污染等优点,但钻井废水的可生化性差,影响着用生物法对其进行处理。以实际钻井废水为研究对象,采用水解酸化法处理钻井废水,可显著改善废水的可生化性。经48h水解酸化,钻井废水的表观BOD5/COD值由0.004提高到0.034。用接触氧化反应器处理经水解酸化处理的废水,处理效果比较稳定,COD平均去除率达35.5%。Biological treatment of wastewater, although has the advantages of low treatment cost and minimum (if any) secondary pollution, cannot be used in the treatment of the drilling wastewater with poor biodegradability. Researches were done on drilling wastewater sample to develop a new method of the wastewater treatment-the hydrolytic acidification method. After 48 hours of hydrolytic acidification, the apparent BOD5/COD value of the wastewater was increased from 0.004 to 0.034. Wastewater treated with this method in a contact oxidation reactor had an average COD reduction rate of 35.5%.
