摘 要:硫铁矿烧渣经还原焙烧、酸浸、调节pH值及添加絮凝剂共沉得到精制硫酸亚铁,并和亚铁氰化钾一起为原料制取铁蓝。通过系统的实验,确定了原料的最佳配比和最佳工艺及条件,在此条件下,所制得的铁蓝不仅达到GB1860-88所规定的指标,并且相对于传统的铁蓝制备工艺缩短了反应时间,提高了分散性能。The ferrous sulphate is obtained in the way that pyrite cinder is first deoxidized via roasting; then leached with acid, treated through pH value adjustment, provided with flocculant and finally settled. The ferrous sulphate with add of potassium ferrocyanide is used as raw material for producing iron blue (a kind of dye). Through systematical tests, the optimum proportioning of raw material and the ideal technological process are found out under which the iron blue produced reaches indexes stipulated by GB 1860-88 Standard with advantages of short reaction duration and high dispersivity compared with traditional iron blue producing technology.
