云南巴尔通体感染的血清学调查

摘　　要：目的了解巴尔通体(Bartonella)在云南人群中的感染情况。方法采用间接免疫荧光抗体测定法(indirect immunofluorescence test,IIFT)-滴定平板技术对379份不同地区及人群血清的汉赛巴尔通体(B henselae)及五日热巴尔通体(B quintana)的IgG抗体进行检测。结果在西双版纳等7州市检查抗汉赛巴尔通体(B henselae)抗体的血清共计281份,其中:不明原因发热病人血清190份,查出阳性标本35份,阳性率为18.42%;健康人群血清91份,查出阳性标本13份,阳性率为14.28%。在大理等3个州市检查抗五日热巴尔通体(B quintana)抗体的血清98份,查出阳性标本5份,阳性率为5.10%。结论巴尔通体感染存在于人群中,提示巴尔通体感染在云南省属多发病的疾病之一,一些不明原因发热病人及一些临床疑难杂症很可能由巴尔通体感染所致。今后有必要引起卫生部门的关注。Objective To learn about seroreactivity to Bartonella in population of Yunnan. Methods 379 serum samples had been selected to test for B henselae and B quintana by indirect immunofluoreseence test （IIFT）. Results 35 serum samples were positive to B henselae antigen and the overall positivity rate was 18.42% in 190 serum samples with unclear origin fever in 7 states. 13 serum samples were positive to B henselae antigen and the overall positivity rate was 14.29% in 90 serum samples of health individuals.5 serum samples were positive to B qnintana antigen and the overall positivity rate was 5.10% in 98 serum samples with unclear origin fever in 3 states. Conclusion Bartonella infection exists in people of Yunnan, suggesting that Bartonella infections is one of the frequently-oceuring diseases of Yun nan province. Bartonella infections could result in unclear origin fever and clinical difficult and complicated diseases and should arouse attention of sanitary department of Yunnan in the future.
