摘 要:基于纳米TiO2在气相光催化领域的应用,针对室内环境中长期严重影响人体健康的污染物——甲醛,采用单因素分析法,探讨纳米TiO2光催化剂负载量、光照强度对光催化降解甲醛产生的影响;在此基础上调整活性碳纤维负载量以得到两者间最佳配比方案.结果表明,光强较大、纳米TiO2中度负载且活性碳纤维负载量为5.8g/m2时,光催化反应效果较好,甲醛浓度由初始状态下的0.80 mg/m3降至0.02mg/m3.Based on the application of nanometer titanium dioxide in gas phase photocatalysis, aiming at formaldehyde ——a pollutant in indoor environment which badly endangers human health, the effects on photocatalytic performance with different weights of TiO2 and luminous intensities were analyzed by single factor analytical method; On this basis, the weight of ACF was altered to optimize the experiment. The results show that in order to exert photocatalyst's property on degrading the formaldehyde better, the capacity of TiO2 on fabric needn't to be too much and the illumination of UV-ray must be enough, and the best absorptive-photocatalytic purification of formaldehyde that its concentration was dropped to 0.02mg/m^3 from 0.80mg/m^3 was obtained when the weight of ACF is 5.8g/m^2.
