摘　　要：在现代数字系统中,对数据传送的要求越来越高,双口RAM的应用有效地解决了数据传送速度的瓶颈问题。介绍了双口RAM的发展历程、存储原理以及在数字系统中几种典型的应用。In modern digital system, Speed of data transmission must be improved. The question is solved with the usage of Dual - port RAM. This paper describes the development of Dual - port RAM, principles of its work and also application of Dual -port RAM in some typical digital system.
