单项运动协会与政府间关系的规范分析

摘　　要：运用文献资料法和政治学理论,对政府与单项运动协会之间的关系进行了讨论,认为政府需要单项运动协会代行项目管理职能,因为单项运动协会具有更高的管理效能。为了防止"第三部门失效",政府必须加强对单项运动协会的监管力度,同时接受单项运动协会对自身的监督与制约,以防止政府权力的滥用及腐败现象的发生。Through literature and theory of politics, this essay discusses the relationship between individual sports associations and the government. The government hopes the associations to administrate sports, because they are more efficient. In order to prevent ＂ineptitude of the third sector＂, the government should enhance supervisor of the associations. Meanwhile, the associations may supervise and restrain the government in case of power abuse and corruption.
