摘　　要：目的:探讨健康足月自然分娩母亲、新生儿红细胞免疫功能表达水平,为深圳围产期母亲及新生儿系统保健提供基础科学依据。方法:采用祝爱霞微量全血法RBC-C3bRR、RBC-ICR试验,对健康足月自然分娩母亲,出生5 min、出生3天新生儿进行检验。结果:①出生5 min、3天新生儿RBC-C3bRR、RBC-ICR与母亲比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②健康足月自然分娩母亲,出生5 min,出生3天新生儿与经典参考值比较RBC-C3bRR、RBC-ICR差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论:本资料显示了健康足月自然分娩母亲,出生5 min、出生3天新生儿RBC-C3bRR、RBC-ICR表达水平;她们的红细胞免疫功能均低下,应引起妇幼保健人员的高度重视;为围产期母亲、新生儿系统保健提供基础科学依据。Objective： To investigate the cellular immune function of erythrocyte in health mothers of full term spontaneous delivery and neonates, in order to provide foundation scientific data for systemic health care of perinatal mothers and neonates in Shenzhen city. Methods： The ZHU Ai -Xia＇s trace quantity whole blood test was used to examine RBC -C3bRR, RBC -ICR of health mother of full term spontaneous delivery, neonate of 5 mins later and 3 days later. Results： （1）The difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05） between neonate of 5 mins later and 3 days later and mother on RBC - C3bRR, RBC - ICR. （2）Comparing RBC - C3bRR, RBC - ICR of health mother of full term spontaneous delivery, neonate of 5 mins later and 3 days later to classic reference value, the difference was highly significant （P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion： The functional level of RBC - C3bRR, RBC - ICR among health mother of full term spontaneous delivery, neonate of 5 mins later and 3 days later are displayed in this study. All of their erythrocyte cellular immune function become low, which must pay more attention to medical member of Maternal and Child Health, according to the provided foundation science data to systemically give health care to perinatal mothers and neonates.
