摘 要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT动态增强扫描鉴别良恶性肺结节的诊断价值。方法前瞻性研究40例肺结节的多层螺旋CT动态增强表现,并经临床或病理证实。平扫后以3~4ml/s的速率、高压注射器经前臂浅静脉注入50~80ml对比剂,对病灶进行同层动态扫描,获得肺结节及主动脉、肺动脉的时间-密度曲线及肺结节强化值。结果良恶性结节的时间-密度曲线走行不一致,其强化值的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT动态增强扫描对肺内良恶性结节的鉴别诊断有帮助。Objective To evaluate the diagnosis value of dynamic enhanced multi-slice CT in pulmonary nodules. Methods Prospectively forty cases with lung nodules proved by clinic and pathology underwent dynamic enhanced MSCT. contrast media was administered at a rate of 5 -4 ml/s bolus injection via forearm superficial vein with a total of 50 - 80 ml after plain scan, scanning and measuring the lung nodule, aorta and pulmonary artery. The time-density curve and CT value were analyzed. Results The time-density curve between lung cancer and benign nodules is different, and the differences of enhancement value was statistically significant between malignant and benign nodules (P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusion Dynamic enhancement MSCT is helpful for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis to pulmonary nodules.
