摘 要:目的探讨养血清脑颗粒对全脑缺血再灌注后的蒙古沙鼠的神经保护作用。方法采用蒙古沙鼠两血管(2-VO)结扎30min再灌注损伤模型,将模型随机分为假手术组、模型组、治疗组。用Nieel染色法观察蒙古沙鼠海马细胞的变化,用免疫组织化学方法观察假手术组、模型组、治疗组Glu、caspase-3阳性细胞表达变化。并将3组结果进行比较。结果蒙古沙鼠全脑缺血再灌注治疗组海马CA1存活细胞数明显增加,Glu、caspase-3阳性细胞表达量较模型组明显降低,凋亡细胞相应减少。结论养血清脑颗粒能选择性抑制Glu、caspase-3的表达,减少神经细胞的死亡,发挥神经保护作用。Objective To study the neural protection of Yangxueqingnaokeli after global ischemia and reperfusion in gerbils. Methods To set up the model 2 - VO for 30minutes, ligation two arterials and reperfusion in Gerbils. The animals were randomly divided into sham group , model group and treatment group . We observed the changes of hippocampus neurons with Nieel staining and the changes of positive neurons of the amino acid (Glu) and Caspase -3 with immunohistochemistry staining in these group, then the data analyzed with SAS soft ware. Results The quantity of the surviving cells in CA1 region of hippocampus increased in the group of Yangxueqingnaokeli treatment. The expression of Glutamate and caspase -3 positive ceils in the hippocampus significantly reduced, compared with model group and quantity of apoptosis cell reduced as well. Conclusion Yangxueqingnaokeli might selectively reduce the expression of Glutamate and caspase - 3 in this way and reduce the number of apoptotic cells to play a role in the neural protective effect.
