摘 要:研究了钙的沉积物(CaSO4、CaCO3)对PVDF中空纤维膜蒸馏过程的影响。研究表明,CaSO4、CaCO3均在溶液中发生结晶,结晶颗粒堵塞膜组件引起热侧流速降低,从而导致膜通量降低。CaSO4和CaCO3在溶液中结晶行为的差别导致了二者的沉积对膜蒸馏过程的影响也不尽相同。当SO42-和HCO3-共存时,HCO3-分解及CaCO3沉积成为制约膜蒸馏过程的关键因素,不同于纳滤、反渗透等压力驱动膜分离过程。The present work is to investigate the influence of the Ca precipitatis (CaSO4,CaCO3) on the membrane distillation (MD) process. The experiment was performed on the capillary PVDF membrane modules. It was found that the decrease of the module efficiency was mainly due to the accumulation of deposits (CaSO4,CaCO3)which were formed in the solutions at the inlet of the module. Attributing to the different crystallization behavior of CaSO4 and CaCO3, the both influences on MD process were different. When SO^2-4 and CO^2-3 coexisted, the decomposition of HCO3- and the formation of CaCO3 played an key role in the MD process, which is different from nanofiltration and reverse osmotic process.
