摘  要:考察时间、温度、料液比、粉碎度及超声功率五个单因素对超声波提取五倍子多糖的影响,并采用二次回归正交旋转组合设计优化多糖提取率的最佳提取时间、料液比、超声功率条件的试验回归方程,确定超声波提取五倍子多糖的最佳工艺条件为:提取时间30min,料液比1∶20,超声功率300W。The Galla chinensis has been used for various purposes in heahhcare and disease treatment, but research on polysaccharide in Galla chinensis has not been reported. Effects of extraction time, temperature, solidsolvent ratio, particle size of material and ultrasonic power on extraction yields of polysaccharide from Galla chinensis were determined individually. Based on these results, a quadratic regression rotational combinational design was applied to establish a regression model and to estimate the optimal conditions for maximal extraction yield. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were 1:20 of solid-solvent ratio and 300 W of ultrasonic power for 30 min.
