摘 要:目的探讨超敏CRP(hsCRP)水平在不同代谢异常状态下与冠心病的关系。方法将243例不同程度代谢异常患者分为冠心病和非冠心病组,并测定血脂、血糖、hsCRP。结果代谢综合(MS)并冠心病患者hsCPR水平高于非冠心病者,并随着代谢异常因素的增多,hsCRP水平有所增加(P<0.05)。结论hsCRP可能是MS及其心血管病变(CHD)的危险因子,炎症可能参予了MS及冠心病的发生和发展。Objective To study the associations of the ultrasensitive C-reactive protein(hsCRP)with coronary heart diseasd (CHD)in different metabolic disorders.Methods 243 patients with different metabolic disorders was divided into two groups: CHD and without CHD, and measurements of the levels of serum lipids, blood glucose, hsCRP. Results A cross-sectional study of 243 patients was showed that the level of hsCRP in CHD was significantly higher than those without CHD, and with the major components of metabolic syndrome(MS) were increased. Conclusion The population with higher CRP level seems to be predisposed to MS and CHD,and play a role in the initiation and progression of MS and MS with CHD.
