摘  要:目的探讨冷循环微波天线对兔颈静脉血管腔内的作用机制,评价冷循环微波天线腔内闭塞静脉的可行性。方法用冷循环微波天线微创插入兔颈总静脉内,以不同输出功率与速度退出颈总静脉,术后用彩色多谱勒、HE和弹力纤维染色观察血管的病理改变。结果术后8周静脉闭塞率:25W×5cm/min组为33.3%,30W×10cm/min组为83.3%,30W×5cm/min组为100%,后两组与第一组均有显著性差异(P<0.05),后两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。术后第1天皮肤烧伤率:30W×10cm/min组为8.3%,30W×5cm/min组为58.3%,组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。病理及超微结构显示闭塞的静脉内皮细胞脱落,腔内附壁血栓形成,内膜相互粘连。结论腔内冷循环微波天线能使兔颈总静脉闭塞,30W×10cm/min为最佳组合,既保持高闭塞率又减少了皮肤烧伤。Objective To study the mechanism of endovenous cool cyclic microwave antenna(CCMA)to rabbit jugular vein and estimate the feasibility of CCMA obliteration to vein.Methods The CCMA inserted in the jugular vein was pulled out with the different powers and velocities. The jugular vein was examined by the color Doppler. The bum of skin was observed at the first day after operation. The specimens were obtained at 8 weeks postoperatively and investigated the morphological changes by HE,EF staining and SEM. Results The ratio of occlusion examined by color Doppler in 25W × 5cm/min,30W × 10cm/min and 30W × 5cm/min group were 33.3%, 83.3% and 100% respectively at 8 weeks postoperatively.There was significant difference between 25W×5cm/min and 30W × 10cm/ min group( P 〈 0.05) .The ratio of skin bum in 30W×10cm/min and 30W × 5cm/min group were 8.3% and 58.3% respectively at the first day after operation, significant difference was observed between them(P 〈 0.05). HE, EF staining and SEaM showed the intima was destroyed and thrombosis in occlusion groups. Conclusion Endovenous CCMA can obliterate the jugular vein of rabbit.
