速效烧伤油治疗烧伤的药效学和体外抑菌作用研究

摘　　要：目的观察速效烧伤油促进烧伤创面愈合的作用及其体外抗菌效果。方法建立小鼠背部Ⅱ度烧伤和大鼠Ⅲ度烧伤模型,观察药物对烧伤的治疗效果;通过体外抑菌试验,考察药物的抑菌作用。结果与空白对照组比较,速效烧伤油可明显减少创面渗出、缩短愈合时间,其作用相当于京万红软膏;速效烧伤油体外对致病菌有明显抑菌作用。结论速效烧伤油具有明显促进实验动物烧伤创面愈合的作用。Objective To study the effect of Suxiaoshaoshang Oil on burn wound and its anti- bacteria effect in vitro. Methods Mice model of second degree and third degree burn were made and the healing time change of burn surface was observed. The anti- bacteria effect of the sample was studied in vitro. Results Compared with negative control group, both Jingwanhong Cream and Suxiaoshaoshang Oil could apparently decrease burn surface exudation and shorten healing time and the sample had the inhibitory effect on bacteria. Conclusion Suxiaoshaoshang Oil has obvious effect on promoting burn wound healing.
