摘　　要：目的观察枣仁安神胶囊对失眠的临床疗效。方法将32例失眠患者随机分为两组,分别给予枣仁安神胶囊和舒乐安定治疗,2个疗程后比较疗效。结果治疗组有效率和醒后情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论枣仁安神胶囊治疗失眠疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical thertapeutic effect of Zaoren＇anshen Capsule in the treatment of insomnia, Methods 32 cases of insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group （16 cases） treated by Zaoren＇anshen Capsule and control group （16 cases） treated by estazolam, The therapeutic effects were assessed before and after administration. Results The marked improvement rate was 92, 7% in the treatment group and 62, 5% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups. After treatment, the adverse effect of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group with significant difference between the two groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Zaoren＇anshen Capsule is safe and effective drug in the treatment of insomnia,
