摘　　要：目的:观察马来酸替加色罗治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫患者临床短期疗效。方法:34例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者服用马来酸替加色罗(泽马可),6mg/次,2次/d;另34例为对照组,口服多潘立酮10mg/次,3次/d,疗程均为4周,比较两组治疗前后消化不良症状评分及焦虑、抑郁评分变化。结果:两组治疗后消化不良症状均有显著改善,但替加色罗组在改善全腹胀满、便秘症状及改善焦虑、抑郁情绪方面效果更佳。结论:盐酸替加色罗治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫患者临床短期疗效安全、肯定。Objective To observe the short-term effect of tegaserod hydrogen maleate for diabetic gastroplegia. Methods Thirty-four cases received oral tegaserod hydrogen maleate, 6 mg, twice a day in treatment group and 34 cases in control group received orally domperidone, 10 mg, three times a day for 4 weeks. The change of symptoms of dyspepsia, anxiety and depression were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results After therapy, the symptoms indexes of dyspepsia in two groups, were all significantly improved, but the effect of symptoms of whole abdominal distention, constipation, anxiety or depression were better in the treatment group than in control group. Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat the diabetic gastroplegia with tegaserod hydrogen maleate in a short time.
