摘 要:借助于WAXD、密度法、双折射等分析手段,考察了牵伸浴槽温度和拉伸速度对纤维的拉伸性能的影响。认为牵伸浴槽的可调温度以60~68℃为宜。并就温度和速度变化而引起的纤维超分子结构和力学性能的变化进行了讨论。结果表明,牵伸浴槽温度偏低,使非晶取向较大,可提高产品最终力学性能。在实验范围内,拉伸速度变化对纤维的结构性能影响不大。The effects of the temperature of drawing bath and drawing speed on the drawing property of the fiber are investigated by means of the WAXD, density and double flexibility. It is shown that the fit adjustable temperature range is 60-80℃.The variations of the supermolecular structure and mechanical property of the fiber caused by the different drawing temperature and speed is also discussed. The results show that:the lower the temperature of drawing bath is, the higher the non crystalline region orientation factor of the fiber becomes, which makes the mechanical properties of the fiber better. In the range of experiment, the effect of drawing speed on the structure and properties of the fiber is much smaller.
