摘　　要：本文通过描述和分析城市生态交通系统的内涵及其内部各子系统之间的关系,指出城市生态交通系统是一个复杂大系统,交通问题不只是路与车、车与人的物理或经济问题,而是一个由交通工具、道路、土地、能源、环境和出行主体组成的复合生态系统问题。同时,本文通过分析城市交通高能耗产生的原因以及高能耗所带来的城市环境污染问题,提出了降低城市交通能耗、创建和谐城市生态交通的战略措施。This paper introduced the concepts of urban ecological subsystems and pointed out that the urban ecological transport transport system and described the relationship between its system is a complex big system, urban transport is not a physics and economic problem of roads and vehicles or vehicles and arrival but a complex ecological system problem about the vehicle, the road, the land, the resource, the energy, the environment and the people. This paper also introduced the method how to reduce transport energy consumption and establish harmonious urban ecological transport system through analyzing the reason of high urban transport energy consumption and the problem of environment pollution caused by high transport energy consumption.
