活精口服液对精子线粒体结构和功能作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察"活精口服液"对特发性弱精子症精子线粒体结构和功能的作用。方法:根据特发性弱精子症的诊断标准及A级精子活动力分成三组。A组:15%～25%;B组:5%～15%;C组<5%。均口服活精口服液,1次50ml,1天2次,4个月为1个疗程。治疗前后分别作精液分析、精子线粒体功能检测和电子显微镜观察。结果:①三组治疗后A级精子活动力均提高,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05～0.01)。②治疗后,三组精子线粒体功能均有提高,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。③"活精口服液"对线粒体不同性质病变的改善程度以排列紊乱最佳。④疗效比较:三组治疗前后疗效构成比差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01),且组间疗效以A组>B组>C组。结论:"活精口服液"能有效改善特发性弱精子症的精子线粒体结构和功能。Objective： To explore the effct of Huojing oral fluid on mitochondria structure and function of idiopathic asthenospermia. Methods： According to the diagnosing standard of idiopathic asthenosperia and activity of A level spelTn, 171 cases wifh idiopathic asthenosperia were divided into 3 groups, 15 % ≤ A 〈 25 % ,5 % ≤B 〈 15 % , C 〈 5 % and treated by 50 ml of Huojing oral fluid twice a day. The period of therapy was 4 months. Seminal fluid was analyzed and mitochondrial function observed through electronic microscope before and after therapy. Results：Atier treatment, the activity of A level sperm was obviously improved. The mitochondria function in three groups had obvious difference （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The effct on various mitochondrial pathological improvement was best on collocation disorder. The effect on resuming mitochondrial deficiency increased along the order of A. B and C group. The composition of curative effect had a significant meaning （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Huojing oral fluid can improve the mitochondria structure and function of idiopathic asthenospermia effectively.
