摘  要:涂料印花色浆的颜色性能与涂料的晶体结构、粒径和粒度分布等因素密切相关。以颜料蓝15∶3为例,采用自制聚羧酸盐为改性剂,通过相分离法制备了粒径分别为72.0 nm、120.9 nm和187.5 nm的超细涂料印花色浆;着重研究了不同粒径涂料色浆的颜色性能和轧染染色性能。结果表明,涂料粒径越小,其透光率越高,颜色越纯正;轧染纯棉织物的K/S值、颜色的饱和度越高;摩擦牢度、刷洗牢度越高;X射-线衍射仪检测显示,涂料色浆中颜料的晶体结构是β型晶体,颜色不随粒径变化而变化。Color properties of printing inks are highly dependant on crystal structure, particle size and size distribution of pigments. In this paper, the waterborne pigment blue 15:3 inks with particle size 72.0 nm, 120.9 nm and 187.5 nm respectively were prepared by phase separation method. The effects of particle sizes on color performance of inks and behaviors in pad dyeing were investigated. Results showed that the smaller the particle sizes were, the higher the transmittance and the purer the color were. The dyeings padded with the smaller pigment featured higher K/S value and color saturation, as well as better fastness to rubbing and brushing. The crystal structure of pigment was β type, color did not change along with the change of the particle size.
