摘　　要：比较了LM433型还原蒸化机和MH252型长环蒸化机的结构;分析了还原染料拔染印花汽蒸时蒸汽的物理状态;讨论了影响汽蒸温度和湿度的若干因素和总结了汽蒸的工艺条件,并提出了相应的注意事项。This paper introduced the structures of LM433 reduction steamer and MH252 loop steamer in details, physical state of steam in steaming process of vat discharge printing was analyzed, factors exerting influence on steaming temperature and humidity are discussed, the optimum steaming conditions are defined. Matters needing attention are advanced.
