摘 要:首先将带钢表面质量评价抽象为缺陷属性权重确知、属性值以模糊语言形式给出的多属性决策问题。然后针对实际生产中不同质检人员对表面质量评价结果存在某种偏离或趋势这一现象,合理综合多位质检人员的意见,定义了评价尺度区间,构造合成互补判断矩阵,求出该矩阵排序向量,对钢卷表面质量进行排序。最后给出实例,计算结果表明该方法可行、有效、易于计算且具有一定的推广性。Surface quality evaluation of strip steel is abstracted as a multi-attribute decision-making problem,in which the attribute weights of defect definition were precisely known and attribute values were given in the form of fuzzy linguistic assessment.Because different people's evaluations for one product are with some deviation or tendency,suggestions from different experts were integrated.Then,interval scale expression of fuzzy linguistic assessment was defined.The fuzzy complementary judgement matrix was established.Priority of vector was derived by using the given priority formula.Surface quality of strip steel was ranked by using these priority vectors.Finally,a practical example is given.Result shows that the approach is feasible,simple,effective,and worth popularizing in a certain degree.
