摘　　要：热轧带钢的卷取温度是热轧生产线的重要控制指标之一,卷取温度目标值及其控制精度直接影响着成品的组织性能和机械性能,宝山钢铁股份有限公司不锈钢分公司1780热轧生产线的层流冷却系统从TMEIC引进,投产3年来取得了良好的控制效果,本文从设备情况、系统功能和冷却模型等几个方面对1780热轧的层流冷却系统进行了简要介绍。Coiling temperature of hot rolled strip is an important control item of hot rolling product.Target coiling temperature and its control accuracy influence structural and mechanical properties of end product directly.Laminar cooling system of 1 780 mm hot rolling line in Stainless Steel Branch of Baoshan Iron ＆ Steel Co Ltd was imported from TMEIC.Good control effect was obtained since the system was put into operation three years ago.Equipment,function and cooling model of laminar cooling system for 1 780 mm hot mill are described.
