摘　　要：宁沪杭地区黄瓜花叶病毒（ＣＭＶ）株系群划分的初步研究程宁辉１杨金水１濮祖芹２方中达２方荣祥３关键词黄瓜花叶病毒，鉴别寄主，株系，毒力黄瓜花叶病毒（ＣｕｃｕｍｂｅｒＭｏｓａｉｃＶｉｒｕｓ，ＣＭＶ）是由蚜虫以非持久性方式传播的世界性分布的植物病毒种群，已...Almost two hundred diseased plant samples out of 7 families and 13 species were collected from several areas of Jiangsu,Shanghai and Zhejiang.29 isolates of Cucumber Mosaic Virus(CMV)were extracted and identified.Through three cycles of screening,5 host plants out of 11 families and 63 species(Varieties)were determined as differential hosts.They were Chinese cabbage(cv.Zhongqibei)in Cruciferae,cucumber(cv.Jinyan No.7)in Cucurbitaceae,pea(cv.Sabatis)in Leguminosae,Nicotiana glutinosa in Solanaceae and maize(cv.Su801)in Gramineae.All 29 isolates were divided into 4 groups of strains based on their virulence and symptoms on differential hosts.These groups have several properties as follows.Group I has four isolates(13.8% out of 29 isolates),which cannot infect systematically cucumber and Chinese cabbage.Its host range is narrow,its stability in extrated sap is poor and the percentage of transmission by aphid is lower,but some isolates in this group(eg.TN)can induce necrosis on tomato.Group Ⅱ has 7 isolates(24.1% out of 29 isoiates),which can infect systematically Chinese cabbage.The host range is wide,its stability and the rate of transmission by aphid are higher,its virulence is strong.Group Ⅲ has only 2 isolates(6.9% out of 29 isolates),which infect systematically pea.Its virulence and stability are lower,the host range is narrow,but the rate of transmission by aphid is higher.The majority of the isolates(55.2% out of 29 isolates)belong to Group Ⅳ.It has a wider host range,higher stability in vitro and higher percentage of transmission by aphid,but its virulence is mild.
