摘　　要：基于监控视频图像的车辆测速(视频测速)的方法,提出了视频测速的实现系统,对系统各部分组成及功能进行阐述。同时,本文对视频测速中的几个重点主要问题进行了分析,阐明了视频测速方法不仅具有便宜、设备简单、无辐射等优点外,在理论上是可以很好控制测速精度,将速度误差控制在要求范围之内。It proposed a system of vehicle speed measurement based on the method of video image monitoring （speed measurement by video monitoring） and illustrated every component and its function of system. At the same time, several key points about speed measurement by video monitoring were analyzed. According to the previously statement, it indicated that this method was not only provided with the advantages of cheap, simple equipment, non-radiatlon, but also controlled the velocity precision and error in theory.
