摘 要:为了解带底板超长钢筋混凝土墙板的收缩应力分布以及控制裂缝产生,通过推广王铁梦法,考虑了底板的影响,并采用平均刚度法考虑桩基础的作用,推导了带底板长混凝土墙板收缩应力的简化计算公式,计算了墙板长度、有无底板、底板厚度、基础约束刚度、预加力以及收缩引起的弯曲等因素对超长墙收缩应力的影响.结果表明,底板对墙体的收缩应力具有重要影响;弯曲效应对端部小范围有影响,但影响范围在非控制区,不产生控制作用;端面上的预加力对墙体对称面附近的应力影响很小;在一般的工程范围内长度缩短对减小收缩应力的效果有限.A simplified calculation formula was presented by extending Wangtiemeng's method in order to analyze the shrinkage stress distribution within ultra-long reinforced concrete wall panel with soleplate and control cracks. The method considered the soleplate's influence on the wall, and treated separate pipes as spring by stiffness averaging method. The influences of wall's length, with or without soleplate, soleplate thickness, contraction rigidity, pre-stress and bend effect on the shrinkage stress within the ultra-long wall were calculated. The results show that the soleplate's influence on the shrinkage stress in the wall is evident; the influence of bend effect appears within a small region near the end of the wall, and is not in the control area and without control effect; the pre-stress applied on the end of the wall affects weakly the stress near the symmetry face of the wall; and the shrinkage stress is reduced by decreasing the wall's length, but the impact is limited.
