摘　　要：目的:制备阿奇霉素微丸用于填充胶囊。方法:采用流化床侧喷法制备阿奇霉素微丸,并通过正交试验确定其最佳工艺条件。结果:微丸最佳制备工艺为供液流速15r.min-1,引风风量25Hz,转盘速度25r.min-1,根据最佳工艺制备的样品休止角、堆密度和含量均符合相关要求。结论:所制阿奇霉素微丸可用于填充胶囊。OBJECTIVE： To prepare azithromcin pellet to be filled in capsule. METHODS： The pallets were made by fluidized bed side spray method, and the preparing technique was optimized by orthogonal test. RESULTS： The optimum technical conditions were as follows： the frequency of turntable was 25Hz, the flow rate of feed liquid was 15r·min^-1 and the rotate speed was 25r·min^-1. The sample pallets prepared in this optimum condition were up the standards in angle of response, bulk density, and contents. CONCLUSION： The prepared pellets can be used to fill capsules.
