用克孢灵消毒桑叶对原蚕饲养的影响

摘　　要：克孢灵对家蚕微粒子孢子有杀灭作用,为了明确桑园桑叶使用克孢灵消毒对原蚕品质的饲养效果,用浓度为50mg.L-1的克孢灵喷桑树。结果表明,对蚕体的生长发育、生理机能、主要经济性状及制种成绩等无不良影响;蚕血清蛋白质的SDS-PAGE电泳也没有发现变化。Kebaohng could kill the nosema bombycis Nageil. The influence of disinfecting mulberry leaves with Kebaoling in mulberry field on rearing the parent silkworm was studied. The result indicated that when the mulberry leaves were treated with 50mg·L^-1 Kebaoling, there was no harmful influence on the growth, the physiology function, the main economic traits and the results of egg raising of silkworm, Bombyx moil. Also no changes had been found in the silkworm serum protein SDS-PAGE electrophoresis map.
