尾圆桉离体芽组培快繁技术研究

摘　　要：以尾圆桉优良单株萌芽条作外植体,通过对外植体腋芽诱导,芽生长分化培养再生植株的试验,筛选出始芽萌动、丛芽增殖、壮苗培养,不定根诱导等各培养阶段适宜的培养基;继代芽增殖倍数3.2倍/30 d,单芽诱导生根率达95%以上。Using the buds of superior plant as explants, inducing the lateral buds, then the plant regenerated from the lateral buds. After this experiment, we choose the right medium for budding, Propagation of axillary buds, cultivation of buds, rooting; the multiplication rate is 3.2 times/30d, the rooting rate can reach more than 95 %.
