摘　　要：从若尔盖湿地旅游开发与环境保护的辩证关系入手,着重分析旅游开发对当地社会经济环境和生态环境带来的不良影响,结果发现:尽管发展旅游业带动了若尔盖地区经济的整体增长,并成为地区新的经济增长点,但是当地贫困人口从旅游业中获得的收益并不明显,更为关键的是多年粗放的旅游开发方式已对原本脆弱的若尔盖湿地生态环境造成了严重的污染和破坏,影响了若尔盖湿地旅游业的可持续发展,从价值观、旅游发展规划、旅游开发模式以及管理机制四个方面提出一系列解决对策。From the dialectical relationship of tourism development and environment protection in Ruoergai Wetland,the impacts of tourism development on social and economic environment and ecological environment were analyzed in detail.It is concluded that,although tourism promotes the growth of economy in Ruoergai Wetland and has been a new economic increasing sources,the living standard of poor residents has not been improved obviously.More importantly,the rough development pattern of tourism for many years has caused serious pollution and damage in the fragile ecological environment and influences the sustainable development of tourism.Some countermeasures were proposed from such aspects as viewpoint of value,tourism development planning,tourism development mode,and management mechanism.
