摘 要:晶闸管控制电抗器(TCR)型静止无功补偿装置(SVC)被普遍应用于电力系统中,其具有反应时间快,分相、连续调节无功、节能等优点,但其本身也是一个谐波电流源。本文提出了高压混合型电力滤波器(TCR+FC+APF)的拓扑结构,在国内是首次采用。它创新地改进了传统的TCR型SVC补偿系统,不仅能够连续补偿系统无功功率、不平衡等问题,还能滤除由TCR本身与负载产生的谐波电流,提高系统的功率因数,减少系统的线损,提高变压器的出力,改善电能质量,同时也彻底避免了电容器与系统发生谐振的可能。装置投入运行后,大大减少了电容器开关动作次数。仿真、实验及挂网结果都表明该电能质量综合治理装置能够很好地解决变电站的无功补偿与谐波治理问题,达到节能目的。本文研究成果经国家电网公司评审作为第一批科技成果在全国范围内推广。TCR type SVC is generally used in power system with fast reaction,individual phase,continuous reactive power regulation, energy - saving, but it is a harmonic current source. This passage produces TCR + FC + APF topology structure which is first used in China, and improves general SVC compensation system. It not only solves the reactive power compensation and blance, but also filters harmonic current produced by itself and load. By this method it can increase power factor, transmission capacity and the power output of transformer,cut back on line loss, improve power quality. At the same time it avoids capacitor resonating with system thoroughly. When the device runs, it has consumedly decreased number of switching operations. Simulation, experiment and three years current practice all show that the device can solve substation reactive power compensation and harmonic reclamation nicely in order to save energy. The research has been evaluated by State Grid, and applicated in all the country as the first scientific payoffs.
