摘　　要：从中小学信息技术教育课程面临的计算机软件知识产权保护方面的问题着手,研究开源软件在中小学使用的现状和发展趋势,结合我国中小学信息技术普及的现状,指出了开源软件在中小学信息技术教育发展中的优势。Based on the computer software intellectual property protection in IT education of primary and secondary schools,a research is made of the status quo and future develoeopment of open source software in primary and secondary schools. According to the current situation of IT acceptability in China＇s primary and secondary schools ,the advantages of open source software are pointed out in IT education of primary and secondary schools.
