摘  要:采用不同浓度的赤霉素溶液浸泡黄芩种子,观察比较其发芽率和出苗率,探讨对种子萌发有影响的相关生理机制,对各项生理指标进行连续观测,找到一条较为有效的提高黄芩发芽率和出苗率的途径。研究了不同浓度时间组合对种子发芽率和出苗率的影响,并初步探讨了其生理机制。试验结果表明:50~500mg/kg赤霉素处理均能提高黄芩的发芽率和出苗率,其中500mg/kg的赤霉素处理显著高于对照;4种浓度赤霉素处理种子对黄芩种子可溶性糖、ATP、激素和脱氢酶均有影响,显著提高了种子可溶性糖含量、内源激素(IAA、GA、Z+ZR)的含量。This paper studies the usage of gibberellin solution with different concentrations on the marination of Baikal Skullcap Root seeds to observe and compare its Germination and Seedling Ratios, and discusses the relevant physiology mechanism of the effect on the germination of seeds. The aim of the study is to find a effective way of improving Baikal Skullcap Root germination and seedling ratios through continual observation on all the physiology indexes. The experiments studied the effects of different concentration and time combinations on the germination and seedling of seeds, and primarily discussed its physiology mechanism. The experiment all resuits show that 50-500mg/kg. gibberellin treatment improves the germination and seedling of seeds without exception, and the effects of 500mg/kg gibberellin treatment are 18.6% and 164.9% higher than the comparisons respectively; all four kinds of gibberellin treatments make effects on the soluble sugar, ATP, hormone and dehydrogenase, which improved the content of soluble sugar, endogenous hormone (IAA, GA, Z+ZR) remarkably.
