摘 要:目的研究莽吉柿果皮的化学成分,寻找有生物活性的天然产物。方法采用正相硅胶、反相RP-18等柱色谱分离化合物,运用波谱技术分析确定化学结构。结果从莽吉柿果皮提取物中共分离并鉴定了7个化合物,经波谱分析确定分别为:α-倒捻子素(1),β-倒捻子素(2),gartanin(3),8-deoxygartanin(4),β-谷甾醇(5),tetrahydrothwaitesixanthone(6),芦丁(7)。结论化合物β-谷甾醇(5)、tetrahydrothwaitesixanthone(6)和芦丁(7)为首次从莽吉柿果皮中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical consdtuents from the pericarps of G. mangostana L. and search for the bioacdve natural products, Methods All compounds were isolated by repeated Silica gel and RP-18 column chromatography. Their structures were determined by various spectral methods. Results Seven compounds were isolated from G. mangostana L. and their structures were idend- fled by meang of spectroscopic analysis as: alpha-mangosdn (1). betta-mangostin (2). gartanin (3). 8-deoxygartardn (4). betta-Sitos- terol (5). tetrahydrothwaitesixanthone (6). rudn (7). Conclusion Compounds betta-Sitosterol (5). tetrahydrothwaitesixanthone (6). and rudn (7). are found for the first dme in the pericarp of G. ostana. L,
