摘 要:采用对比的实验方法对波纹管和光管的流动、换热和污垢特性进行了研究。实验结果表明:对于相同公称直径的波纹管和光管,在相同流量时,波纹管的流动阻力系数和压降比光管大,但波纹管具有结垢速度慢、诱导期长、污垢热阻渐近值小的优点,而且波纹管在结垢前后都有良好的强化传热性能。The characteristics of flow resistance, heat transfer and fouling of the corrugated tube and the plain tube were studied by the method of comparative experiment in this paper, The results show that in the case of the same diameter and flow mass, the corrugated tube has more flow resistance coefficients and pressure loss than the plain tube, but the corrugated tube has lower rate of deposition, longer induce period and smaller asymptotic fouling thermal resistances, and the corrugated tube can significantly enhance the heat transfer under both clean and fouling conditions.
